PESCO Smart Spider® Lift Power Ascender is a powerful lifting machine that is designed to take your operations up high with ease and safety. At the heart of this machine is the battery, which powers its electric motor and makes its operation possible. In this article, we will discuss the installation and disassembly of the battery for PESCO Smart Spider® Lift Power Ascender.
Installing the Battery:
The first step to installing the battery is to locate the red shell that covers the battery compartment. Hook the edge of the shell with your fingers, and then slide the compartment cover and open it. Once you have opened the compartment, you will see the battery charging head port.
The next step is to take the battery charging head and plug it into the charging port of the battery compartment. It is important to ensure that the charging head is fixed with screws to avoid any movement while charging. Once the charging head is fixed in place, you can plug the battery power exit into the socket of the device.
After that, you need to place the battery pack into the battery compartment. Be sure to align the battery pack properly to avoid any damage to its connectors or the device. Once the battery pack is inside the compartment, install the battery pressing plate, tighten the screws, and cover the shell. The installation process is now complete, and your PESCO Smart Spider® Lift Power Ascender is ready to be used.
Disassembling the Battery:
When the time comes to disassemble the battery, follow the steps in reverse. Firstly, remove the battery pressing plate and loosen the screws holding the battery pack inside the compartment. Carefully remove the battery from the compartment, making sure to keep it level to avoid any leakages or damages.
Next, unplug the battery power exit from the socket of the device and remove the charging head from the charging port. Finally, slide the compartment cover back into place and snap the red shell shut. Your PESCO Smart Spider® Lift Power Ascender is now ready for storage or transport.
